HideandChic™ is an elegant solution for concealing flat screen displays. When the TV is off, all that is seen is a framed piece of art. When the TV is on, the canvas silently retracts revealing the TV. The patented method of moving the canvas is pure illusion. Unlike a shade, where the entire artwork moves down or up like a garage door, the HideandChic™ canvas ‘disappears’ from the bottom up without physically moving the image position on the canvas. The canvas is magnetically and mechanically tensioned in 4 directions to ensure the artwork is always stretched.

The Media-Mirror (patent pending) is significantly different than any 2 way mirror commonly available. When the TV is ‘off’, it appears like a slightly darkened mirror. When the TV is ‘on’, the picture projects through the beam-splitter glass with superb brilliance and contrast. It has about 5 times the transmission of conventional 2 way mirrors. Beam-splitter technology is used in flight simulators, presidential teleprompters, and other specialized optical applications. Unlike typical half-silvered mirrors, no metals are used in the coating. Metals absorb light and affect contrast. It is custom built in a vacuum chamber using a dielectric coating.
